Here’s what you can expect from us when you need a service call

Having an equipment failure can be stressful. Usually electronics like to fail when you have absolutely no time to deal with it, that’s where we come in. If you’re in need of a service call, all you need to do is send us an email or call us. We will dispatch a technician within 4 hours to diagnose the issue and fix it. We usually can have most issues resolved within 12 hours, unless a part has to be ordered. This is part of our 24 hour support guarantee. Timeliness

When you send us an email, we will call you within 1 hour to help you resolve the issue via the phone. If this is not possible, a technician will be sent within 4 hours (Calgary and Area) of the receipt of your call or email. Security is a very touchy topic, as such we handle it with extreme urgency. For Cities outside of a 60km radius of Calgary, we will require 8 hours for the service call. Calls are answered immediately, regardless of location and we will ensure same day or next day service.

Affordable

Needing a service call is not your fault, or anyones fault for that matter. That’s why we make sure we only bill you for the time we actually spent with you. No minimum service call fees or after hours service fees. Simply a straight forward hourly charge for our labour, is what we charge.

Informed

We will keep you informed every step of the way. Since for a service call the technician has a 4 hour window until the arrival at your location, they will make sure to contact you 15-20 minutes before their arrival, so you are in the know. Also, during the troubleshooting process, the technician will keep you posted on what might have happened and what steps have to be taken to resolve the issue. Simply staying informed of what is happening is what we expect from any contractor, as such we keep you posted on everything we do.

Cleanliness

During the service call we will make sure that we clean up after ourselves, in order to preserve a safe and clean work environment for both you and us. When all issues are completely resolved and everything is working fine again, we will ensure to clean all areas that we have worked in.
